Job summary

Atos SE is seeking an experienced E‑File (E‑Akte) Consultant/ECM Expert in Bydgoszcz, Poland, to lead digital transformation initiatives in the public sector. The selected candidate will support the design and rollout of electronic document management systems while collaborating with international teams to improve business processes.

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced E‑File (E‑Akte) Consultant / ECM Expert to support large-scale digitalization initiatives in a public sector environment. The role focuses on the design, implementation and rollout of electronic document management systems (E‑Akte), including process optimisation and organisational change support. You will join an international project for a German public sector client, working on digital transformation and implementation of electronic file management solutions.

Experience with E‑Akte or Fabasoft solutions is not mandatory – selected candidates will be trained and supported during onboarding, provided they have strong experience in ECM/DMS systems and digital transformation projects.

Your role

• Support implementation and rollout of E‑Akte / ECM solutions
• Analyse and optimise document management processes
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on digital transformation initiatives
• Contribute to project planning, coordination and execution
• Support change management and user adoption activities
• Prepare documentation and training materials

Requirements (must have)

• Min. 5 years of experience in ECM / DMS projects
• Hands‑on experience with systems such as SharePoint, OpenText, Alfresco, M‑Files
• Experience in business process analysis and optimisation
• Participation in system implementation or rollout projects
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

• Experience in public sector / e‑government projects
• Experience in large‑scale rollouts and user training
• Knowledge of E‑Akte / Fabasoft solutions or willingness to learn
