Job summary

Wyser Sp. z o.o. seeks an E-Commerce Operations & Reliability Manager to own day-to-day D2C store operations and ensure a smooth customer journey from browsing to refunds.

You will partner with IT, Customer Care, Supply Chain, Logistics, Marketing and external partners to identify what works and what must be fixed first. Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience running e-commerce site operations / digital product support / IT-business operations in high-volume retail or consumer environment.
• Proven ability to own outcomes, work independently, and deliver structure in change.
• Experience with integrated ecosystems (e-commerce platform + OMS/WMS/ERP + payment gateways) and platform launches or major integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational performance of the e-commerce platform (web + mobile).
• Lead incident management for conversions, payments, checkouts, refunds, and communications.
• Run root-cause analysis and ensure fixes are delivered, not only diagnosed.
• Prioritize topics to IT with backlog, escalations, and timelines.
