Sii Poland is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join its Microsoft Business Applications team in Kraków. The role focuses on implementing and enhancing Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions for international projects across multiple industries.

You will design, build, and integrate business functionalities, model processes, and collaborate with consultants and developers to deliver robust CRM solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong C# and .NET programming skills.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and integrating with external systems.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement business solutions in MS Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform, including integrations with external systems.
• Create new business functionalities in Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform and maintain existing ones.
• Model and configure Dynamics 365 / Power Platform processes to client needs.
• Troubleshoot, test, and document system solutions.

We are looking for a Dynamics CRM Developer to join one of the largest Microsoft Business Applications teams in Poland. We work with a wide portfolio of international projects across diverse industries, including pharmaceuticals, insurance, banking, and fashion.

As a member of our Competence Center, you will take part in CRM system implementations and enhancements, as well as develop applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing business solutions in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, including integrations with external systems
• Creating new business functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and maintaining existing ones
• Modelling and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform processes and functionalities according to client needs
• Troubleshooting and identifying system-related issues, testing, and documenting your work
• Estimating effort for project tasks and collaborating with consultants and developers in preparing solutions for clients

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (C#, .NET)
• Experience working with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Good command of the English language
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
