Headcount Solutions Sp. z o.o. seeks an ERP Analyst with Dynamics AX2009 expertise to act as SME for ERP systems. You will manage run and change activities, and provide 1st to 3rd line support for ERP and related applications within the service catalogue.

The role emphasizes adherence to IT policies, change control, and user access management, with broad responsibilities across projects and BAU. Travel to EU countries is expected.

Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems, especially Dynamics AX2009.
Experience in run and change on ERP systems.
Experience in 1st/2nd/3rd level support for ERP and related applications.
Willingness to travel to EU countries.

Responsibilities

Be SME on existing ERP Systems (Dynamics AX09).
Manage run and change on ERP System.
Provide 1st Level Help Desk support for ERP and related applications.
Provide 2nd/3rd level troubleshooting and resolutions.
Escalate to third-party vendors when needed.
Create, update and close tickets for ERP related run and change.
