Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Dynamics CRM Developer to join a large Microsoft Business Applications team in Poland. You will design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 / Power Platform solutions across diverse client projects, collaborating with consultants and developers.

The role requires 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM experience, strong C#/.NET and Power Platform skills, and fluency in English and Polish. Polish residency is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (C#, .NET).
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Good command of the English language.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in Polish required.
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing business solutions in MS Dynamics 365 / Power Platform, including integrations with external systems
• Creating new business functionalities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform and maintaining existing ones
• Modelling and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform processes and functionalities according to client needs
• Troubleshooting and identifying system-related issues, testing, and documenting your work
• Estimating effort for project tasks and collaborating with consultants and developers in preparing solutions for clients
