Job summary

Vytwo is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with deep expertise in Customer Service Workspace (CSW) and Customer Insights (CI) journeys to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions.

This remote position requires hands-on configuration of CSW components such as Voice, Chat, Workstreams, Session templates, Agent Scripts and Macros, as well as CI elements like real-time marketing journeys and segments, collaborating with technical and business teams to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• Extensive experience configuring CSW components (Voice, Chat, Workstreams, Session templates) and Agent Scripts/Macros.
• Strong knowledge of Customer Insights journeys, segments and real-time marketing.
• Hands-on development of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions on Dynamics 365.
• Lead CSW/CI integration efforts across channels and journeys.
• Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide high-quality, maintainable CRM implementations and documentation.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Developer with deep expertise in Customer Service Workspace with Contact Center (CSW) and Customer Insights - Journeys (CI) to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions.

This role requires hands-on experience in configuring and customizing CSW components such as Voice and Chat channel setup, Workstreams, Session templates, Agent Scripts and Macros, as well as CI components such as Real-time marketing journeys, Segments, Email Templates, Compliance profiles, Event Management and in general integrations, and Power Platform tools.

The consultant will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions in collaboration with technical and business teams.

This position involves hands-on development and coordination across multiple workstreams to ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a remote position.
