Job summary

Madiff is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to join our international team on long-term projects. You will implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365, design integrations, and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

You will work with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), develop extensions in C#/.NET, and collaborate with Product Owners and Architects. English and German fluency at C1 is required, and the role offers a fully remote, B2B

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including multiple modules.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Excellent C# and .NET skills; experience in customization, configuration and integration.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Development:

• Develop and customize functionalities within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Translate business and technical requirements into working solutions.
• Develop extensions, workflows and automations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

System Integration:

• Design and implement integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and optimize API-based integrations.
• Monitor existing integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.

Technical Analysis & Quality Assurance:

• Prepare technical specifications and implementation documentation.
• Support effort estimations and sprint planning.
• Perform testing and support releases and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and development best practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Solution Architects.
• Communicate regularly with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 , including one or more of the following modules:
• Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O)
• Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation (PSA)
• Dynamics 365 Field Service
• Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform , particularly:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration and integration.
• Very good knowledge of C# and .NET .
• Experience preparing technical specifications and documentation.
• English and German at C1 level.
