Job summary

IVER in Poland is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our Nordic IT and cloud transformation team. You will work with the Scandinavian Sales organization to build, customize and integrate Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.

You’ll translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders, and contribute across the full lifecycle from design to deployment. Hybrid work with one office day available.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of software development experience.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Dataverse expertise.
• C#/.NET and Dynamics 365 plugins.
• Dataverse security, ALM and solutions knowledge.
• Power Apps and Power Automate experience.
• REST APIs and Azure services familiarity.
• Clear communication and hybrid/work-from-office adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Dataverse, plugins, APIs, workflows, and security.
• Build Power Platform solutions and Power Automate flows to support business processes and automation.
• Design and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems.

We’re expanding our Dynamics 365 & Power Platform capabilities in Poland as we transition responsibilities from our Norway-based team. We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to join our team and work closely with our Scandinavian Sales organization, helping develop and improve solutions that support their business processes.

We’re looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with an understanding of business needs. You’ll work closely with the Product Owner and business stakeholders across the full solution lifecycle, from requirements and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.

SALARY:

11 000 – 20 000 PLN gross/month Permanent

78 - 143 net/hour B2B

13 200 – 24 000 PLN net/month B2B

KEY FACTS:

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including Dataverse, plugins, APIs, workflows, and security
