What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
• Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Conduct analytical workshops and solution estimations
• Implement and configure Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions
• Provide technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle
• Represent the team in front of business stakeholders
• Deliver training sessions for power users

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
• Strong technical knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM/CE
• Experience in integration analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Polish language at least at a communicative level
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, VSTS)
• Development of custom actions and plug-ins
• Background in consulting and software development (.NET)
• Experience with Azure (ADF, Functions)
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Flows)
