Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform architect to lead design and delivery for international clients. You will act as a subject-matter expert, advise on digital transformation, and ensure architectural integrity across complex IT environments.

The role requires 5+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform, Azure integrations, strong English, and Polish language proficiency, with Poland residence.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
• Experience designing solutions for large IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Model-driven Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience with integrations using Azure services.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written).
• Polish language proficiency.
• Residence in Poland.

The Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center at Sii brings together a team of over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting, and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across various industries, including finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

Your tasks

• Acting as a subject-matter expert and advising clients on digital transformation strategies

Requirements

• Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate
• Experience with integrations using Azure services
• Very good command of English (spoken and written), enabling smooth communication
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
