Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Architect to join the Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center. You will work on architecture, consulting, and software development for international clients across finance, services, manufacturing and retail.

The role focuses on advising on digital transformation, designing and developing solution architectures, ensuring technical quality, and mentoring teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Power Platform.
• Proven ability to design solutions for large and complex IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules.
• Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate.
• Experience with integrations using Azure services.
• Very good command of English (spoken and written), and fluent in Polish.

The Microsoft Business Applications Competency Center at Sii brings together a team of over 100 experienced professionals specializing in architecture, consulting, and software development. We work with Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and deliver projects for international clients across various industries, including finance, services, manufacturing, and retail.

Your tasks

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules
• Familiarity with Power Platform, e.g., Model-driven Apps, Power Automate
• Experience with integrations using Azure services
• Very good command of English (spoken and written), enabling smooth communication
• Fluent in Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
