Job summary

iSpeedToLead Inc. is seeking a video editor who can craft dynamic, engaging short-form videos with strong retention. You will source stock footage, references, B-roll, and AI visuals to build compelling content for Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and ads.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of dynamic editing: pacing, hooks, rhythm, and attention retention.
• Ability to edit based on story and meaning, not just music or visuals.
• Can independently find and select footage such as B-roll, stock, and references.
• Experience with short-form content including Reels, Shorts, TikTok, and ads.
• Ability to add captions/subtitles, basic motion graphics, zooms, transitions, and highlights.
• Understands how to capture attention in the first 3–5 seconds.
• Fast turnaround and ability to iterate based on feedback.
• Nice to have: experience with AI tools for generating or sourcing visuals.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging videos with strong retention and clear messaging.
• Source footage independently: stock, references, B-roll, memes, AI visuals.
• Edit short-form content for Reels, Shorts, TikTok and ads.
• Add captions, basic motion graphics, zooms, transitions, and highlights.
• Ensure first 3–5 seconds capture attention and iterate based on feedback.
