Job summary

CMB Solutions Inc is seeking a driven DME/HME salesperson to grow our resupply business. If you know the DME space, enjoy building relationships, and are motivated by commission, this remote role could be a great fit.

You will grow resupply accounts, build relationships with providers and referral partners, and drive recurring revenue through ongoing resupply needs. Flexible schedule and profit sharing highlight our team-oriented culture.

• 15% commission for the first 6 months
• 5% commission for the next 6 months

Requirements:

• Prior experience in DME/HME, medical device, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
• Established relationships with referral sources in the Indianapolis market is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a territory
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
