Job summary

Enfint, an international technology organization, is seeking a backend engineer to build and scale high-performance services and distributed systems in a Kubernetes and cloud-based environment.

You will own features end-to-end, work with event-driven architectures, Kafka, and microservices, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams while evaluating AI coding tools as part of the workflow.

The role is based in Warsaw on-site with a strong focus on quality, reliability, and impact.

Qualifications

• Strong backend engineering experience.
• Experience with distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Experience with Kafka, Kubernetes and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale high-performance backend services.
• Own features from design through production.
• Work with event-driven architectures and microservices.
• Develop within a Kubernetes and cloud-based environment.
