Job summary

Fresha in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an engineer to help build AI-augmented features and own end‑to‑end delivery, using top‑tier tooling to reduce toil and shipping high‑impact product features. You will work across a polyglot stack (Ruby, Elixir, GraphQL, TypeScript, gRPC) in a Kubernetes‑driven environment, focusing on design, implementation, testing and observability.

This onsite role (4 days on-site) offers 25–40k PLN net/month + RSUs and is suited for engineers who bring strong technical

Qualifications

• AI-augmented workflow experience and high-quality code expectations.
• Experience building globally distributed systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures, especially Kafka.
• ~2+ years in product engineering, developer tools, or infra at scale.
• Polyglot programming with Elixir, Ruby, or TypeScript is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Design, Frontend, Infrastructure, and Mobile teams to take features from discovery to rollout.
• Own features from discovery to observability: design, implementation, testing, rollout.
