Marqeta is seeking a Project Manager, Disputes Onboarding to join our Disputes Project Management Team in Warsaw. You will design and implement onboarding processes that set partners up for success within Marqeta’s disputes offerings, delivering a scalable and delightful onboarding experience.

This role operates in a hybrid model (onsite Tue–Thu) at our Warsaw office. You will partner with product and customer support to optimize handoffs, manage multiple onboarding engagements, and drive

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing role with project management responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira).
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project plans for onboarding new customers into Marqeta’s Disputes products and services.
• Lead project planning and deployment of new tools and features within the Disputes ecosystem.
• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor progress, track tasks, and communicate status updates.
• Support process development and documentation for both internal teams and customers.
• Identify areas for improvement and help optimize onboarding workflows.
• Manage multiple customer onboarding engagements simultaneously, responding to questions and resolving issues as they arise.
• Partner with Product and Customer Support Operations teams to troubleshoot challenges and improve internal handoffs.
