Job summary

Lyten Poland Sp. z o. o is seeking a Dispensing Process Engineer to join the core team launching and ramping the production line. The role will later support the industrialization team, developing and deploying new dispensing processes and technologies.

Key responsibilities include leading troubleshooting, defining dispensing technology based on product needs, and driving process validation and optimization across multiple phases and materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years in new dispensing process development in automated manufacturing.
• Experience writing technical documentation (Requirements specs, Functional design, UML, Test cases, Test records).
• Strong analytical and teamwork skills; fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead troubleshooting to achieve production yield, quality, and throughput targets during ramp‑up and serial production.
• Lead new dispensing materials implementation during industrialization; define dispensing technology to optimize bond quality, cycle time and material consumption.
• Responsible for dispensing and plasma treatment technologies, including development, validation, optimization, and industrialization.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, PFMEA, and validation/qualification activities; mentor technicians and engineers.
