Job summary

Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. The Discover internship offers real-world experience in finance and accounting within a fast-paced, growing industry setting in Poland.

You will participate in monthly closings, balance sheet reconciliations, and process improvement while building your professional network with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Finance majors targeted: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related business field.
• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Final year of Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent.
• Commitment to a 3-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Must be eligible to work legally in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Participate in monthly closing processes including journal entry preparation
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts as assigned by management
• Provide support to teams to develop and improve existing accounting processes

What you need:

• Finance majors targeted: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related business field

• Language requirement: fluent in English

Poland Pay Ranges:

• Poland: 31,40 PLN per hour
