Stryker in Poland invites you to join the Discover Vendor Master Data internship, a 3-month program designed to apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced global medtech environment. You will collaborate across departments and contribute to data maintenance and process improvements.

You will be part of a team that values ownership, stakeholder engagement and continuous learning, with English fluency as a requirement and additional language skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Big Data, Databases, Management or related field.
• Final-year student pursuing degree.
• Commitment to a 3-month, at least 20 hours/week.
• Fluent in English; German/Spanish/Italian/French a plus.
• Eligible to work legally in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Vendor Master Data maintenance and SOX controls documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvements.
• Collaborate with departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Adhere to SLA requirements and company policies.
• Support onboarding of data requests and intercompany data maintenance.

What You Need

• Master Data majors targeted: Big Data, Databases, Management, Innovation Management or related field
• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree
• Commitment to a 3-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week
• Language requirement: fluent in English & nice to have: German, Spanish, Italian or French
• Must be eligible to work legally in Poland

As a Discover Vendor Master Data intern, you will:

• Process incoming requests in alignment with SLA requirements, policies, and guidelines
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with various departments and proactively manage stakeholder relationships
• Maintain a quality-focused culture within the team
• Prepare and maintain relevant SOX controls and documentation
• Perform tasks within the scope of services, including Vendor and Employee Master Data Maintenance, Chart of Accounts updates, intercompany Vendor/Customer maintenance, and project code management

Poland Pay Ranges:

• Poland: 31,40 PLN hourly
