Job summary

Stryker invites motivated students to join as Discover interns in Poland. You will apply classroom knowledge in a fast-growing medical technologies company, supporting the cash collection process and customer portfolio management.

The role offers hands-on experience, practical learning, and exposure to senior stakeholders. Ideal candidates are in their final year with a Finance/Accounting focus, available for at least 3 months and 20 hours/week, fluent in English and Romanian, and legally

Qualifications

• Final year bachelor’s student or above in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related business field.
• Commitment to a minimum 3-month program with at least 20 hours/week.
• Fluent in English and Romanian; eligible to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Support cash collection process.
• Monitor and manage customer portfolio.
• Reconcile customer accounts.
• Assist teams to develop and improve existing processes.

What you need:

• Finance majors targeted: Finance, Accounting, Economics or related business field
• Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree
• Commitment to a minimum 3-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week
• Language requirement: fluent in English & Romanian
• Must be eligible to work legally in Poland

What you will do:

• Support cash collection process
• Monitor and manage customer portfolio
• Customer account reconciliation
• Provide support to teams to develop and improve existing processes

Poland Pay Ranges:

• Poland: 31,40 PLN hourly
