Job summary

Delve Deeper in Warsaw is hiring a Director of Product Delivery to ensure our SaaS portfolio ships on time, to spec, and repeatably as we scale client onboarding.

You will orchestrate Data Science, Engineering and Front-end/Design into a single operating rhythm, own delivery across multiple solutions, and drive repeatable processes, risk management, and clear visibility for leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven delivery/project management experience in product or software contexts.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, data, design) toward shipped outcomes.
• Strong operational rhythm instincts and a data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Cross-functional orchestration: align Data Science, Engineering, and Front-end/Design into a single workflow per solution and client.
• Delivery rhythm and project management: manage sprint planning, standups, tracking, milestones and go-live dates across all active solutions.
• Team leadership: manage workload, priorities, unblockers and performance of ICs, ensuring alignment with delivery goals.
• Client onboarding and delivery execution: scope and enable smooth transition from contract to live solution in clients’ environments.
• Prioritization within an existing roadmap: triage urgent integration blocks, bug fixes, and feature requests.
• Repeatable process: build and refine playbooks, intake templates and delivery checklists.
• Risk and quality ownership: identify timelines, data quality issues, and integration risks early and elevate them.
• Reporting and visibility: provide leadership with a clear view of portfolio status and progress.
