Job summary

Danaher, a leading science and technology company, is seeking a Director, Enterprise Vulnerability & Exposure Management in Krakow, Poland, with on-site duties and a remote option within Poland. The Global Lead will shape strategy and mobilize remediation across infrastructure, cloud, and third-party teams.

You will architect the CTEM operating model, define prioritization logic, and govern remediation with SLAs and metrics, reporting to the CISO.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of cybersecurity experience focusing on vulnerability/exposure management or CTEM.
• Experience leading enterprise or global vulnerability management across multiple business units.
• Experience with vulnerability platforms (Tenable/Qualys/Rapid7/Wiz/Defender) and risk-based prioritization.
• Experience mobilizing remediation across infrastructure, cloud, and third-party owners with executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Architect and govern the CTEM operating model across the enterprise.
• Define prioritization logic using asset criticality, exposure, and business impact.
• Set integration blueprint across VM, cloud posture, testing, and remediation tools.
• Establish governance models, SLAs, and metrics for remediation.
