Job summary

Danaher’s Cytiva unit in Kraków seeks a Global Lead for offensive security to drive adversary emulation and purple-teaming efforts. You will design campaigns, develop tradecraft and tooling, and collaborate with detection engineering to improve guards and response capabilities.

Expected are deep hands-on skills in Windows/AD, cloud, and app security, plus experience coordinating global engagements with legal and governance teams. A senior, strategic security mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive 7–9 years of offensive security or red team experience.
• Experience mapping adversary emulation to MITRE ATT&CK with ENG/ROE.
• Hands-on exploitation across Windows/AD, identity, cloud, and apps.
• Ability to translate findings into prioritized defense improvements.

Responsibilities

• Design adversary-emulation campaigns mapped to business objectives.
• Engineer tooling and C2 setup for safe, repeatable operations.
• Create purple-team detection-validation feedback loops with teams.
• Coordinate engagements across legal and works councils globally.
