Job summary

Danaher in Kraków, Poland, seeks a Global Lead for Attack Surface Management to define and operationalize ASM across internet-facing, cloud, and third-party surfaces. This on-site role reports to the Senior Manager, Exposure Management (CTEM) within DIS and leads cross-team remediation efforts.

You will architect the ASM operating model, automate discovery and enrichment, and design governance frameworks to reduce risk while aligning with CTEM strategy.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of cybersecurity experience focusing on attack surface or exposure management.
• Experience leading or operating ASM/EASM/CAASM discovery and remediation governance across internet-facing, cloud, and third-party surfaces.
• Hands-on experience with ASM platforms and reconnaissance tooling; ability to drive asset ownership across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect the ASM operating model: outside-in discovery, attribution, asset-ownership workflows, and risk prioritization for CTEM.
• Engineer/ automate discovery correlation and enrichment across EASM/CAASM, DNS, TLS/certificates, and CMDB sources.
• Design integration blueprints linking asset visibility to vulnerability and remediation platforms.
• Design governance: ownership assignment, remediation SLAs, and external hygiene checks.
