Iterative Health in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Director, Clinical Trials Partnerships to connect our European site network with sponsors, CROs, and affiliates. The role is full-time, locally focused, with a base salary of PLN 400,000–PLN 595,000 gross annually plus bonus and benefits.

You will lead sponsor engagement, strategic communication, and study kickoff execution across Central and Eastern Europe, building trust and ensuring high-quality delivery in multi-country studies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical trial operations or sponsor-facing roles.
• Proven ability to manage sponsor or CRO relationships across regions.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and site operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Polish; additional CEE languages preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary IH point of contact for sponsors and CROs in CEE.
• Build trusted relationships with regional decision-makers.
• Lead study kickoffs and set expectations from day one.
• Track site performance, risks, and follow-up actions.
• Develop stakeholder maps and engagement plans.
