Takeda is seeking a Director-level clinical data science leader in Warsaw to shape strategy, deliver high-quality analyses, and strengthen submission readiness across assigned studies and assets. You will lead a team of clinical data scientists and matrixed contributors, set priorities, and foster a culture of scientific rigor, accountability, and collaboration.

Competenze

• PhD in statistics, biostatistics, data science, epidemiology, biomedical engineering, computer science, quantitative sciences, or related field with 8+ years of experience; or MS with 12+ years.
• Extensive experience in clinical development within pharma/biotech, ability to influence cross-functional decisions.
• Demonstrated experience contributing to regulatory submissions, health authority interactions, inspection readiness, and submission-oriented analysis.
