The role emphasizes speed, testing, and measurable impact, with collaboration alongside growth specialists and creative strategists. Proficiency with editing tools and AI workflows is required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of direct response video editing experience for DTC brands.
• A strong portfolio of paid social video ads and performance-focused storytelling.
• Experience designing static ad creatives for Meta campaigns.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Good English communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools like ChatGPT, Runway or Pika.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid social platforms.
• Edit user-generated content, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led footage.
• Develop multiple hook variations and CTAs for testing.
• Use AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production.
• Write or adapt scripts and ad copy to highlight product benefits.
• Create high-converting static creatives for campaigns.
• Organize assets and collaborate with strategists to meet goals.
• Iterate based on performance data and feedback.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
