You will bridge transformer engineering expertise with software teams, translating business needs into practical digital products that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities include providing transformer domain knowledge for digital solutions, translating requirements into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting solution

Qualifications

• BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in transformer engineering, testing, manufacturing or service.
• Understanding of transformer technologies and engineering processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide transformer domain expertise for digital products and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and specifications.
• Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation.
• Collaborate with software teams and business stakeholders.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and reviews.
