Hitachi Energy in Poland is seeking a Digital Transformer Product Manager to connect transformer engineering with software teams, translating business needs into practical digital products that deliver measurable value.

You will translate requirements into user stories, define acceptance criteria, support sprint planning, and help adopt digital solutions across the organization. The role combines engineering insight with product delivery in a global technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in transformer engineering, testing, manufacturing, or service.
• Understanding of transformer technologies and engineering processes.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Provide transformer domain expertise for digital products and solutions.
• Translate business requirements into user stories and specifications.
