You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and refine risk workflows, prioritizing data integrity and user experience. The role emphasizes growth, mentorship, and working with a global community to mitigate risk and advance firm-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in risk management, product management, communication, or information technology.
• Strong foundation in data & technology risk standards; good understanding of IT concepts related to risk.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills; strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Business level English written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver integrated technology and change solutions for the Risk function.
• Collaborate on product designs and feature adoption within risk workflows.
• Analyze data, report insights, and develop long-term recommendations.
• Partner with Technology, Risk Advisory, Ethics & Compliance, and Legal Functions to scope initiatives.
