Data Analyst - Data Products & Insights Team in Workforce Enablement - is responsible for leading, translating business challenges into analytical problems, and delivering data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders. This role involves independently conducting comprehensive data analysis, preparing detailed reports, and presenting findings to various business units to inform strategic and operational decisions.
Scope / (Content Leadership): Leads data analysis projects and delivers high-value insights. Works independently on specific projects from inception to completion. Accountability / Problem Solving: Solves complex business problems using data. Validates insights and ensures their accuracy with no supervision required. Stakeholder Management: Manages direct communication with key business stakeholders regarding analytical findings. Engages proactively with broader business units to thoroughly understand their data needs. Facilitates discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture business rules, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and translate them into technical specifications for implementation. Impact / Strategy: Drives medium- to large-sized projects that directly influence business decisions. Ensures that analysis projects are closely aligned with broader business strategy and goals. Documents As-Is and To-Be data flows and business processes, ensuring clear traceability between business decisions, reporting outputs, and underlying data sources.
Education / Experience: Demonstrated experience independently conducting comprehensive data analysis. Proven track record of translating business challenges into analytical problems and delivering actionable, data-driven recommendations. Experience acting as a standalone role between data teams and business functions, ensuring insights inform strategic and operational decisions. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in advanced data analysis techniques and handling more complex datasets. Ability to independently validate insights and ensure high data accuracy. Proficient in utilizing data visualization tools to develop compelling visualizations and comprehensive dashboards. Additional Qualifications: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage direct communication with key business stakeholders and present findings to various business units. Strong analytical mindset with a focus on ensuring complex insights are understood by non-technical audiences and leveraged for maximum impact.
Salary range 14,175 - 26,325 PLN gross based on the employment contract. Annual bonus payment based on your performance. Salary range 14,175 - 26,325 PLN gross based on the employment contract. Annual bonus payment based on your performance.
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 170,100.00 PLN - 315,900.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 15% subject to both individual and company performance. This position also offers an attractive benefits package.
