Volvo Group is seeking a Senior Digital Product Owner with hands-on SAP knowledge to lead the SAP Service Billing delivery. You will shape the product roadmap, manage backlogs at the solution level, and collaborate with SAP consultants and business stakeholders across global projects.

The role combines architectural oversight with agile delivery, requiring 7+ years in SAP Service Billing, strong leadership, ABAP coding capability, and experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands on expertise in SAP Service Billing (design, configuration, integration with other components; on ECC and/or S/4 Hana)
• Led projects delivering Service Billing and O2C processes (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Returns)
• Strong understanding of SAP Architecture, Integrations patterns, Enhancement concepts, SAP Fiori and SAP master data
• Able to read and debug ABAP code
• Experience leading SAP professionals to successful outcomes (architect/lead roles)

We are an international team of professionals maintaining and implementing new sales and service billing capabilities on S/4 HANA platform.

We are looking for aSenior Digital Product Owner with hands-on SAP knowledge to lead the digital product delivery in SAP Service Billing.

This position seamlessly blends backlog management with SAP solution leadership, collaborating with business stakeholders and SAP consultants. Works in close partnership with the Digital Product Manager to shape the product roadmap and drive business priorities.

Senior Digital Product Owner ensures backlog at solution level is well structured, transparent, and understood. Secures that the digital product is developed and maintained in compliance with given architecture, security requirements, and digital product strategy. Fosters open, transparent communication with team members and stakeholders while cultivating trust and promoting a collaborative, supportive environment. Tactfully manages scope by saying no when needed, while constructively addressing challenges, raising risk awareness, and promoting effective planning. Uses SAP expertise to guide other consultants in finding technical solutions that work. Effectively collaborates with SAP architects to answer important design questions.

• 7+ years hands on expertise in SAP Service Billing area (design, configuration, integration with other components; on ECC and/or S/4 Hana)
• You acted on implementation projects successfully delivering solutions for Service Billing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping, Returns)
• You have a good understanding of the integration of Service Billing with Finance
• You have proven experience in leading a team of SAP professionals to successful outcomes in a role like architect, functional lead or technical lead
• You demonstrate a solid understanding of SAP Architecture, Integrations patterns, Enhancement concepts, SAP Fiori and SAP master data
• You can effectively read and debug ABAP code

• SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)
• Automotive sector experience
• Hands-on experience in other SAP modules
