HEINEKEN Global Shared Services Kraków's Digital & Technology Team (D&T) is building a data-driven, innovative function. We seek a Business Analyst to translate business needs into delivery-ready requirements and to drive end-to-end analysis for the e-commerce platform.

Working with product owners and tech leads, you will shape the Product Assortment roadmap, support GSIT, and ensure backlog hygiene. You’ll use data to inform decisions and help standardize processes across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis, preferably in a digital / product delivery environment.
