Job summary

Solid Company in Warsaw seeks a Product Owner to join the Wealth Workstation product team, owning a backlog slice and guiding features from concept to release. You will partner with engineering, AI, data science, and operations to shape direction and deliver phased releases.

You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, collaborate on AI-driven capabilities, and build real-time dashboards that provide a 360-degree view of processes and performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product ownership or product management in financial services.
• Experience with cross-functional engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams.
• Hands-on process mapping and handling large data sets.
• Understanding of data analytics concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize part of the Wealth Workstation backlog, translating business needs into solutions, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering and AI/data science teams to define requirements for AI-driven capabilities.
• Partner with data and insights team to build real-time dashboards giving 360-degree view into process, platform and user experience performance.
• Coordinate cross-functional integration efforts with key systems and partners to expand platform functionality.
• Act as primary point of contact for stakeholders across Client Service, Operations, and leadership, gathering feedback and translating it into prioritized enhancements and defect fixes.
• Monitor platform performance, user adoption, and key metrics post-release, iterating on features to improve productivity, client experience, and operational scalability

• Own a specific slice of the platform backlog as it scales to hundreds of users and integrates AI capabilities
• Partner with engineering, operations, client service, and AI/data teams to shape product direction and deliver phased releases

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as Product Owner/Manager, Business Analyst, or relevant capacity in financial services, ideally supporting operations or client servicing platforms
• Experience working with cross-functional engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, bottleneck identification, and large data sets
• Understanding of basic data analytics concepts and tools
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Nice to have:

• Understanding of AI/GenAI-enabled products (automation, NLP, voice AI)
• Demonstrated competency in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or broader financial services operations
