Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a Digital Platforms Product Owner to drive a slice of the Wealth Workstation platform.

You will translate business needs into actionable user stories, collaborate with AI, data, and engineering teams, and prioritize enhancements for a scalable, AI-enabled client servicing experience. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in product ownership or related roles within financial services, plus strong Agile/Scrum discipline and experience with

Qualifications

5+ years as Product Owner/Manager or Business Analyst in financial services
Experience with cross-functional engineering, data science, and AI/ML teams
Understanding AI/GenAI-enabled products (automation, NLP, voice AI)
Experience with process mapping and analytics concepts

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize part of the Wealth Workstation backlog translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with engineering and AI/data teams to define requirements for AI-driven capabilities
Partner with data/insights to build real-time dashboards for process and user experience metrics
Coordinate cross-functional integration efforts with key systems and partners
Act as main point of contact for stakeholders, gather feedback and translate into backlog enhancements and defect fixes
Monitor platform performance and adoption, iterate to improve productivity and client experience
