Job summary

Sonova Group in Warsaw is seeking a Digital Platform & Data Manager to shape how the company communicates across its corporate digital channels. You will manage key platforms, turn data into actionable insights and help strengthen Sonova’s digital presence and reputation.

This temporary 12‑month role offers hybrid working and the chance to drive governance, analytics and campaign tracking while training internal teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in digital communications and reputation management.
• Strong understanding of website and digital channel governance.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for stakeholders.
• Proficiency with website/CMS, analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and continuously improve sonova.com and other corporate digital communication platforms.
• Establish platform governance and ensure consistent, compliant use across the organization.
• Own digital analytics, reporting and reputation measurement, providing actionable insights and KPIs to key stakeholders and senior executives.
• Use audience and performance data to optimize digital communication and engagement.
• Support reputation management and integrated corporate campaigns, including performance tracking.
• Train and support internal teams in using relevant digital platforms and tools.
• Identify digital trends, technologies and best practices to continuously improve our digital communication.
