The role offers leadership of a small, autonomous team of 2-3 specialists and responsibility for developing and executing a comprehensive 360° marketing strategy that translates business goals into measurable activities and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Five plus years in marketing, including leadership roles.
• Experience creating and executing a 360° marketing strategy.
• Strong digital marketing expertise across channels and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement a 360° marketing strategy and translate business goals into concrete activities and KPIs.
• Develop digital marketing, including SEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, social media, content, CRM, and email marketing.
• Plan, run, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Build consistent brand communication and develop its presence across key channels.
• Analyze data, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness and implement optimization measures.
• Develop new communication channels, tools, and formats and track market and technology trends.
• Collaborate closely with sales on lead generation, sales support, and business objectives.
• Manage a team of 2-3 specialists, delegate tasks, develop competencies, and monitor goal achievement.
• Manage cooperation with agencies and external partners and coordinate marketing activities and events.
• Collaborate with the Management Board and key company departments and manage the marketing budget.
