Job summary

Positionly Sp. z o.o. is seeking a creative, energetic Marketing Lead to plan, execute, and manage successful online marketing strategies for our SaaS product. You will shape our marketing direction across channels and help scale growth.

You will define and execute the marketing plan within budget, set quarterly targets, manage the marketing team, and provide in-depth reporting to the CEO. Experience in inbound marketing, SEO/SEM, and analytics is essential. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in traditional and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of driving growth in a SaaS business.
• Experience in inbound marketing, SEO, SEM and paid campaigns.
• Strong budgeting and reporting skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Defining and developing marketing plan within the budget.
• Planning marketing strategies and tactics to increase customer and partner acquisition.
• Setting quarterly targets for the marketing team and reporting on the progress weekly/monthly.
• Managing the marketing team and executing the marketing plan.

Your Major Responsibilities Will Be:

• has extensive knowledge about online marketing tools and can give examples of the successful campaigns he/she ran
• previous experience in startup marketing will be a plus
• an international brand marketing experience will be a plus
