Accenture Poland invites you to join Industry X, helping Fortune 500 clients across automotive, CPG, life sciences and hi‑tech to design end‑to‑end manufacturing architectures from ERP to shop floor.

You will advise on SAP S/4HANA MES IoT, lead workshops with operations and IT leaders, and collaborate with international teams to co‑create European market offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in consulting OR project/coordination experience in manufacturing (Auto/CPG/Pharma/Hi-Tech)
• Manufacturing acumen combined with technology fluency — you've seen a real production environment from the inside and can discuss ERP/MES tech stacks
• ERP in manufacturing: SAP S/4HANA, ECC, PP/MM/QM/PM/EWM or Oracle / Infor / Microsoft Dynamics
• MES: Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Proficy, AVEVA, SAP DMC
• IoT / Cloud: Azure IoT, AWS IoT, Google Cloud IoT
• IT-OT integration: SCADA, OPC UA, MQTT, edge computing

• Run workshops with operations and IT leaders, design solution blueprints, manage deployments
• Work in international teams

We design and deliver End-to-End architectures: SAP S/4HANA MES IoT shop floor. We're looking for a consultant who can combine manufacturing or ERP experience with consulting ambition.

Flexible: We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Global Network (GN) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required. • 2+ years in consulting OR project/coordination experience in manufacturing (Auto/CPG/Pharma/Hi-Tech)
• Manufacturing acumen combined with technology fluency — you've seen a real production environment from the inside (planning, shop floor, quality, maintenance, or supply chain) AND you can hold a credible conversation about at least one of the technology stacks below. We're not hiring pure techies, and we're not hiring pure operators — we hire the bridge between the two.
• ERP in manufacturing: SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, modules PP/MM/QM/PM/EWM) or Oracle / Infor / Microsoft Dynamics
• MES: Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FactoryTalk, GE Proficy, AVEVA, SAP DMC
