Job summary

Menard's Group Digital Team is looking for a proactive professional to accelerate our digital transformation across international units. You will help deploy digital tools and support the rollout of the new ERP system while driving strong user adoption.

You will organize digital training, gather feedback, and monitor adoption metrics. Fluency in French and English is mandatory; Spanish is highly recommended, with frequent travel to engage operational teams.
