Sandoz in Warsaw, Poland is seeking a capable account/stakeholder engagement professional to join our Global Digital HUB initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely, high‑quality content deployment across CEE markets.

The role emphasizes building strong relationships with markets, supporting marketing operations and content localization, while maintaining project visibility in ASANA and other tools.

Qualifikationen

• 2-4 years of professional experience in account management, client services, stakeholder engagement, marketing operations, project coordination, or similar roles.
• Experience in marketing, digital, creative, communications, or consulting agency environments is preferred.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and several projects simultaneously.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory; additional CEE languages are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Act as a primary point of contact for CEE markets and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Support markets in planning, production, adaptation, and deployment of digital content and marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for content creation, localization, review, and campaign deployment.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, requirements, and quality standards; communicate progress via ASANA and other tools.
• Identify risks and blockers, escalate as needed, and support resolution.
• Promote adoption of Global Digital HUB services and best practices across markets.
