Job summary

Werfen, a global diagnostics leader, seeks a Senior Applications Trainer to provide expert training and first‑level support to diagnostic laboratories in Poland. The role includes on-site visits, updates on product information, and collaboration with Sales and Support teams to optimize Werfen solutions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific/technical/biomedical field.
• Experience with Diagnostic Laboratories or IVD industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and support customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide theoretical and practical application training to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver first-level application support via phone, email, and on-site visits across Poland.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful deployments.
• Define KPIs to maintain high-quality application support and client outcomes.
• Act as primary contact for troubleshooting quality and performance issues and escalate when needed.
• Support tender specifications and pre-sales activities as required.
