Job summary

ZF Group in Warsaw is seeking a Technical Support & Training Specialist (m/f/d) to strengthen our workshop and distributor network across the region. You will apply your technical problem solving skills to support customers, deliver trainings, and represent a global automotive leader.

The role involves visiting clients, conducting trainings, identifying opportunities, and collaborating with marketing and service teams.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive field, preferably in technical roles.
Proven experience in conducting trainings or presentations for technical or commercial audiences.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and solve technical issues, ideally gearboxes.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the region.
Advanced Polish and English skills for professional communication and documentation.
Strong customer oriented mindset and readiness to support partners with professional service.
Excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction with customers and internal teams.
Completed secondary education.

Responsibilities

Develop and strengthen ZF’s professional workshop support offering in the local market to enhance customer engagement and service quality.
Provide technical support through hotline and service desk activities, and resolve field technical or quality issues.
Conduct technical and sales trainings for customers, wholesalers, and internal teams, and maintain up to date training materials.
Visit customers regularly in the region and participate in events, trade fairs, and professional meetings.
Identify new business opportunities and communicate updates on new products and promotional activities.
Set targets, prepare achievable plans, and execute projects and budgets effectively.
Collect and report market insights, including competitor activities, pricing, and product launches.
Support the marketing team with preparation and verification of technical content and assist in handling warranty related customer cases.
