Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking a Developer Support Specialist to assist development teams with DevOps services, build processes, and tool workflows. You will guide users, document best practices, and contribute to a smoother developer experience.

You will be the first point of contact for technical questions, escalate complex issues to the DevOps team, and help with onboarding and knowledge sharing. Hybrid in-office role with opportunities to grow in game development.

Qualifications

3+ years in technical support within DevOps, game development, or software engineering environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and cloud services.
Experience with ticketing systems, knowledge bases, or live service operations.
Understanding of build/deployment pipelines and version control workflows.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for developers’ day-to-day questions related to DevOps services.
Resolve straightforward issues independently; escalate complex problems to DevOps.
Provide support across full tech stack related to DevOps services or pipelines.
Create and maintain documentation to help teams work more efficiently.
Share knowledge, conduct onboarding, and lead training sessions.
Report on live service problems and recurring incidents.
Collect feedback to identify recurring issues and track escalations.
