Job summary

Ericsson GmbH in Kraków is seeking a Scrum Master who is also interested in technical growth as a Software DevOps Engineer. You will build an Agile environment within the team and develop, maintain, and enable the CI workflow in a user-friendly Engineering Environment.

You will perform investigation and troubleshooting, collaborate with Dev and Ops to improve CI/CD, and coach the team on Agile practices while facilitating Scrum ceremonies.

Qualifications

• Experience building Agile environments and enabling CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency with Linux, Bash, Python; strong Git usage and version control.
• Ability to coach Scrum ceremonies and guide the team in Agile practices.

Responsibilities

About this opportunity:

We are looking for talented Scrum Master who is also interested in technical grow as Software DevOps Engineer with different seniority wanting to join our team. In that role you will be responsible for building Agile Environment in team and also developing, maintaining & enabling the CI workflow in an easy-to-use Engineering Environment.

What you will do:

• Performing investigation, analysis and troubleshooting of encountered issues.
• Cooperation within the development/DevOps team to help facilitate and improve CI/CD environment.
• Developing competencies in a complex technical domain.
• On a daily basis you will need to use Linux, Bash, Python, Git so we need proficiency in these areas.
• Facilitate smooth and efficient Scrum ceremonies
• Coach the team on Agile practices without micromanaging

The skills you bring:

• Good Unix/Linux competence
• Strong experience in programming languages: Python, Bash
• Strong willingness to takeover Scrum Master role
• Knowledge of version control system (preferred GIT)
• Strong analytical skills and creative thinking.
• Education: BSc/MSc, technical studies
• Teamwork and high level of communication skills
• English to be able to work in international team
• Help refine and prioritize the backlog effectively
• Support better collaboration between PO and the team
• Help manage stakeholder expectations

Nice to have:

• Be able to define technical requirements for DevOps infrastructures
• Basic software development methodology, integration, and testing knowledge
• Some experience in containerization (Kubernetes, Docker/Podman and Helm)
• Basic understanding of at least one of the following languages: C/C++, Erlang
• Knowledge of virtualization concepts
• Knowledge of automation tools (preferred Jenkins, Spinnaker)
• Experience in working in Agile methodology.
• Polish at the advanced level.

We work in hybrid model, min. 3 days from office
