Source.ai is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to operate and scale a Kubernetes-driven platform across Google Cloud and bare-metal environments. You will manage GKE clusters, write IaC with Terraform/Terragrunt, and automate deployments with Argo CD, Helm, and GitHub Actions.

The role emphasizes reliability, security, and collaboration with developers. You will work to ensure rock-solid stability and performance while growing your skills through mentorship and internal growth opportunities

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience operating Kubernetes workloads with solid fundamentals in Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and TLS.
• Practical experience managing infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, including reviewing infrastructure plans and changes across environments.
• Proficiency with Helm, Git-based delivery, and Docker container build pipelines; ability to write Bash and Python scripts.
• Working knowledge of GCP—particularly GKE, IAM, and Secret Manager—with a security-conscious approach to credentials and access permissions.
• Clear communication during code reviews and incidents, capable of explaining technical trade-offs.

Aufgaben

• Operate and troubleshoot GKE and Kubernetes clusters, including node health, networking, and deployments.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Build and improve Helm charts, Argo CD ApplicationSets, and GitHub Actions workflows for seamless delivery.
• Investigate incidents using logs and metrics, with validation and rollback plans for changes.
• Enforce secure access to GCP services, secrets, and container registries with a security-first mindset.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and improve system stability and performance.
