Job summary

InPost Pay строит собственную финтех-платформу и масштабируемую инфраструктуру в международной среде. Инженеры будут формировать архитектуру, создавать ключевые компоненты и решения, обеспечивающие работу на уровне InPost.

Кандидат отвечает за проектирование и внедрение облачной инфраструктуры, Kubernetes и CI/CD, обеспечение наблюдаемости, безопасность и оперативную устойчивость платформы. Требуется опыт работы в FinTech и владение английским на уровне B2+. Возможна гибридная работа в Польше.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет опыта в DevOps/Platform/SRE/Infrastructure
• Работа в produção с Kubernetes и контейнеризированными средами
• Опыт CI/CD и автоматизации развёртываний
• Практический опыт IaC (Terraform)
• Опыт работы в облаках (AWS, GCP или Azure)
• Знание практик наблюдаемости, мониторинга и инцидент-менеджмента
• Опыт обеспечения безопасности облачных приложений и инфраструктуры
• Умение работать в команде и общаться на английском на уровне B2+
• Желателен опыт в финтехе, Kafka, PSD2/PCI DSS

Responsibilities

• Проектирование, внедрение и обслуживание облачной инфраструктуры, сетевых настроек и CI/CD пайплайнов через IaC
• Развитие процессов CI/CD для быстрой и надёжной поставки ПО
• Управление Kubernetes и контейнеризованными рабочими нагрузками
• Мониторинг, логирование, алертинг и наблюдаемость для надёжности платформы
• Участие в инцидент-разборе и улучшении операционных практик
• Сотрудничество с командами разработки для повышения стабильности платформы
• Реализация лучших практик безопасности и управления доступом
• Документация инфраструктуры и операционных runbook’ов
• Оптимизация затрат в облаке и производительности инфраструктуры
• Участие в обзорах технических решений и обмен знаниями между командами

InPost Pay is building its own fintech platform from the ground up. It’s a large-scale, international initiative where engineers will have the opportunity to shape the architecture, build core fintech components, and create solutions designed to operate at InPost’s scale.

Задачи

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure, networking configurations, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions
• Build and improve CI/CD processes to support fast, reliable, and secure software delivery
• Manage and optimize Kubernetes environments and containerized workloads
• Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability solutions to ensure platform reliability
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of operational practices
• Collaborate with development teams to improve deployment standards, platform stability, and operational excellence
• Implement security best practices, including secrets management, access control, and infrastructure hardening
• Contribute to infrastructure documentation, technical standards, and operational runbooks
• Support cloud cost optimization initiatives and infrastructure performance improvements
• Participate in technical reviews and share knowledge across engineering teams

Требования

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments in production
• Strong experience with CI/CD platforms and deployment automation
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Experience operating cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid understanding of observability practices, including monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management
• Experience with security best practices for cloud-native applications and infrastructure
• Working knowledge of databases and messaging systems in production environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple engineering teams
• English proficiency at B2 or above
• University degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• Experience with Kafka or other distributed messaging platforms;
• Familiarity with service meshes and cloud-native networking concepts;
• Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization practices;
• Experience with resilience engineering, disaster recovery, or chaos testing;
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tooling and engineering productivity platforms;
• Knowledge of PCI DSS or PSD2-related operational requirements;
• Polish language skills
