Responsibilities

• Проектирование, миграция и обновление Kubernetes-манифестов под централизованный tooling и ArgoCD.
• Руководство обновлениями ядра платформы для стабильности и производительности (cert-manager, external-dns, Kyverno и т.д.).
• Повышение наблюдаемости платформы: Victoria Metrics/Logs и Grafana.
• Обеспечение поддержки и расширения рабочих платформ.
• Разрешение операционных тикетов и своевременная поддержка внутренних команд.
• Delivering validated PRs with comprehensive testing in line with standards.
• Ведение документации и кратких технических резюме по тикетам и изменениям.
• Гарантировать соответствие rollout-ов в dev средах схемам и объёмам.

Andersen is hiring a DevOps Engineer (Platform Team) in Poland for a project modernizing cloud infrastructure and building scalable platform engineering solutions for data-driven services. The company is a global technology provider delivering data analytics and AI-powered solutions that help organizations better understand customer behavior, optimize marketing performance, and make informed business decisions.

Задачи:

• Designing, migrating, and modernizing Kubernetes manifests to align with centralized internal tooling and ArgoCD architecture.
• Leading the upgrade and maintenance of core platform components to ensure system stability and performance (e.g. cert-manager, external-dns, Kyverno, etc.).
• Proactively identifying and close monitoring and alerting gaps to enhance platform observability (Victoria metrics/logs and Grafana).
• Providing expert engineering support for the continuous upkeep and progressive expansion of application platforms.
• Resolving engineering operational tickets, ensuring timely support for internal teams.
• Delivering validated, integrated pull requests accompanied by comprehensive testing that meets company standards.
• Maintaining rigorous documentation and concise technical summaries for all resolved tickets and implemented changes.
• Ensuring all rollouts to development environments adhere to strict schema and volume requirements.

Требования:

• Experience In Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure for 5+ years.
• Hands-on production experience with AWS (preferred) and/or GCP Strong commercial experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters (10k+ vCPU).
• Strong Python coding skills and commercial experience as a software engineer
• Experience working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Experience with ArgoCD or GitOps-based deployment approaches
• Experience operating and supporting production cloud infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD, build, and deployment automation
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
• Experience with API-first service design.
• Experience in teamwork with leaders in FinTech, Healthcare, Retail, Telecom, and others.
