Job summary

Nordea приглашает опытного DevOps-инженера для эксплуатации и мониторинга конвейеров данных в среде Default Management Engine в High Risk Service Data Domain. Ваша задача — строить и поддерживать CI/CD пайплайны, автоматизировать мониторинг и развёртывание релизов, обеспечивать доступность систем и сотрудничать с командами разработки по внедрению DataOps/ BizDevOps.

Требуется многолетний опыт в управлении/операциях приложений, знание инструментов Jenkins, Ansible, Grafana, Splunk, JDBC/ETL, а

Qualifications

• несколько лет опыта в управлении/операциях приложений
• экспертиза в эксплуатации и автоматизации E2E конвейеров данных
• умение обучать коллег и вести коммуникацию на профессиональном уровне
• навыки коучинга в области производительности, стандартов и методов работы
• способность разрешать конфликты
• умение вести сложные разговоры по оценке эффективности
• много лет опыта в управлении приложениями/операциями/мониторингом
• 5+ лет опыта в DW, BI & аналитике в инженерии, тестировании, разработке или архитектуре
• ELT/ETL разработки с использованием GUI-инструментов
• навыки Data/Software Engineering (Java/Scala/Python, SQL)
• опыт CI/CD, Jenkins, Ansible, GIT/Bitbucket
• опыт мониторинга инструментами Splunk, Grafana и пр.

Responsibilities

• строить и поддерживать CI/CD пайплайны для автоматизации процессов развёртывания
• автоматизировать мониторинг и консолидацию
• развёртывать релизы, проводить верификацию и последующие проверки, расследование инцидентов
• обеспечивать соответствие и управление поставщиком услуг
• эксплуатация и мониторинг производительности систем, устранение сбоев
• работать с командами разработки, внедрять DataOps/BizDevOps лучшие практики
• содействовать BizDevOps-подходам с архитекторами и инженерами инфраструктуры Nordea

Would you like to be our expert in operating and monitoring our data pipelines for Default Management Engine in High Risk Service Data Domain? We are now looking for DevOps engineers to operate, monitor and automate our data pipelines/applications.

Задачи:

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and release processes
• Automate monitoring and reconciliation
• Release deployment, verification and follow-up and Incident investigations and management
• Application provider, governance and compliance
• Operate and monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability
• Work closely with development teams to integrate DataOps/ BizDevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle and to enhance collaboration, automation, and efficiency across the organization
• Work closely with development teams to help support our Nordea BizDevOps ambitions with architects and hardware/infrastructure engineers within Nordea

Требования:

• Expert knowledge Dev Ops ways of working
• Expertise in operating and automating E2E data pipelines
• Strong communication skills to teach and convey messages in a professional manner
• Skills in coaching team members in the areas of performance, standards and work methods
• Ability to resolve conflicts (mediation skills)
• Ability to manage challenging conversations e.g. performance assessment
• Multiple years' experience within application management/operations/monitoring
• 5+ years' experience in DW, BI & analytics within engineering, test, development or architecture
• ELT/ETL development using GUI-based tool e.g. IBM Datastage, ADF, Stitch, Matillion
• Data / Software Engineering skills (Java/Scala/Python, SQL)
• Continuous Integration and Deployment experience, utilizing tools like Jenkins, Ansible, GIT/Bitbucket
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana or similar
