Job summary

DCG is seeking a DevOps Engineer to support banking project delivery in Poland. You will design scalable infrastructure, build CI/CD pipelines, automate workflows, monitor performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize loan processing systems.

The role requires strong cloud and scripting skills, experience with financial services workflows, and excellent English. We offer a private medical care package, co-financing for a sports card, and ongoing consultant support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or similar field.
• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies.
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
